Support Policy:

Workhorse Software Services realizes that the measure of a software company is dependent on two major items: their products and the support of those products.  Continuing support of our customers is of primary importance at Workhorse Software. 

Some of our support features include:

• Thorough and understandable help files for each system
• On-site installation and training included with each system
• A toll-free number used only for software support calls
• User conferences, allowing you to interact with Workhorse staff and other customers

As a customer of Workhorse Software Service, you will receive six months of support with each system you purchase at no charge.  After this period of free support, you will be required to pay an annual support fee.  This entitles you to both unlimited telephone and on-site support.  The current annual support prices are as follows:
