The Workhorse Miscellaneous Billing System was designed to provide billing and receipt capabilities for all municipal charges other than utility charges.  Charges to be billed can be either repetitive or “single use” in nature.  The system prints all billing documents, including the actual bill and any subsequent “past due” notices.  Complete ACH capabilities allow for electronic payment of miscellaneous bills.  Detailed customer search options and complete billing and payment history make it easy to answer customers’ questions about their account balance.  The system is also fully integrated with the Workhorse Municipal Accounting System.
