Workhorse Software Services realizes that the measure of a software company is dependent on two major items: our products, and the support of those products. Continuing support of our customers is of primary importance at Workhorse Software.
Some of our support features include:
- Installation and flexible training included with each system
- All software system upgrades at no additional cost
- Thorough and understandable help for each system, both on the screen and in a printed (PDF) format
- A toll-free number for software support calls
- User conferences, allowing you to interact with Workhorse staff and other customers
With each system you purchase, you will receive six months of support at no charge. After this period of free support, you will be required to pay an annual support fee. This entitles you to unlimited support. The current annual support prices are as follows:
